It should be noted that parents of new middle school students can only use this success voucher in physical stores. In other words, this device cannot be used for online purchases.

Purchasing power: a Pass’Sport for 5th grade
New college students are not the only ones to benefit froma helping hand in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. 5th grade students are also entitled to assistance. For the latter, the department offers a Pass’Sport in the form of digital coupons worth 100 euros.
This system allows new middle school students entering 5th grade to register for a given sporting activity in an association in Seine-Saint-Denis. To benefit from it, parents must register on a dedicated platform or on l’application « E-Pass Seine-Saint-Denis ».
The latter is downloadable from the App Store and Google Play Store. Those who wish to make several registrations can create several e-passes for the amount of their choice, up to 100 euros. This system aims to encourage young people to practice sports, which is “far from being a luxury” according to the president of the Seine-Saint-Denis department.
It also allows sports clubs and associations in the department to relaunch after the crisis. Parents therefore have until November 15, 2023 to request this Pass’Sport 5e which is only valid until December 10, 2023.
